The working principle of
Duck-tube reverse osmosis (hereinafter referred to as "DTRO") is a special structure of reverse osmosis technology. The key part of the DTRO is the disc-type membrane column, which is formed by a set of hydraulic discs and a reverse osmosis membrane tightly assembled into a cylinder through a stainless steel tube with screw teeth at both ends. This special hydraulics design enables the treated liquid level to pass through the reverse osmosis membrane quickly with the shortest distance, and then reverse to the other membrane surface at 180°, thus effectively avoiding the membrane blockage and concentration polarization phenomenon, and successfully extending the service life of the membrane.
Technical advantages
(1) The system can accept high refractory wastewater, such as CODCr1000-2000mg /L, salt content 1000-2000mg /L, system recovery rate is as high as: 70%-85%;
(2) The inflow SDI of the system can be as high as 6.5, and the conductivity of water production can be as low as 100us/cm;
(3) The system is simple and convenient to install, occupies a small space and is easy to maintain;
(4) The system has the characteristics of high performance and low cost, and the operation cost per ton of water is less than 2 yuan;
(5) the life of the membrane is 5-10 years;
(6) the system disc type diaphragm has a special hydraulic structure, the upper and lower two layers of polyamide composite film, the middle for the filamentous support, the outer ring of the three layers of ring material using ultrasonic welding technology;
(7) The treated liquid enters the membrane column to the outlet of the membrane column. When passing through a layer of disc, the flow direction of the fluid changes by 180°, which reduces the concentration polarization phenomenon to a certain extent.
(8) Adopt dish tube type membrane column structure, with spacious fluid channel, allowable liquid particle concentration load up to 2500ppm;
(9) the guide plate surface has a certain way of arrangement of convex points, so that the treatment liquid to form turbulence, increase the transmission rate and self-cleaning function;

貯存條件
(1) 膜元件在拆封安裝前,必須在我司原包裝條件下保存。
(2) 膜元件保存溫度為5-10℃,溫度不超過35℃。
(3) 膜元件貯存地點(diǎn)應(yīng)避免陽光直射,同時(shí)保證貯存地點(diǎn)干燥。
通用信息
(1) 膜元件一旦濕潤,必須始終保持濕潤。
(2) 若系統(tǒng)長期處于停機(jī)狀態(tài),為防止微生物滋長,我司建議將膜元件放置保護(hù)液中靜置保存。
(3) 系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行過程中,無論何時(shí)都應(yīng)避免膜柱產(chǎn)水側(cè)產(chǎn)生背壓,以免損壞膜片。
(4) 客戶在系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行中應(yīng)保證使用我司認(rèn)可的清洗藥劑及運(yùn)行投加藥劑,以免對(duì)膜元件及系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行造成不當(dāng)?shù)挠绊憽?/span>
