產(chǎn)品描述：我公司生產(chǎn)的YWB無軸液下泵適用于在-85℃～350℃條件下，長期輸送任意介質(zhì)酸、氧化劑及腐蝕性介質(zhì)，廣泛應用于化工、石油、制藥、農(nóng)藥、電子、電力、電鍍、冶金、消防、環(huán)保、工、稀土冶煉等行業(yè)。其液下深度最深可達8米，使用時間是一般長軸液下泵的數(shù)十倍，使用安裝十分方便，克服了原單級單吸液下泵在運輸安裝運行過程中泵軸易彎曲變形(泵軸長度等于液下深度)，軸承易損壞、軸套難以維修等......

YWB無軸液下泵產(chǎn)品信息

YWB液下無軸泵是根據(jù)廣大化工行業(yè)用戶的要求設(shè)計的新型產(chǎn)品，該泵采用外混式自吸結(jié)構(gòu)，除啟動前須向泵體內(nèi)注滿泵體溶液，以后的頻繁啟動不需灌注引水或抽排真空，操作方便，安全省事。機械密封由英國格蘭盤根公司與國內(nèi)聯(lián)合制造，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，性能可靠，維修方便，節(jié)約能源，是建設(shè)文明工廠的理想設(shè)備，有效地解決了長軸易彎曲和泄漏問題。

YWB無軸液下泵系列產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)、制造及驗收規(guī)范，嚴格執(zhí)行了有關(guān)標準規(guī)定并臺臺檢測，備案待查，以保證系列產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。該產(chǎn)品分別采用F46、UHMWPE超高聚乙浠、1Cr18Ni9Ti、1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti、0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti、日本標準SUS321、日本標準SUS304、日本標準SUS304L、美國標準316、美國標準316L、CD4MCu、K合金、Monel合金、哈氏B合金、Ti合金及各種鑄鋼、鑄鐵、銅、鋁等材質(zhì)。
