一、進(jìn)口氣瓶減壓閥概述

進(jìn)口氣瓶減壓閥,Cylinder pressure reducing valve,就是將氣體鋼瓶中的高壓氣體減為實(shí)驗(yàn)及工況所需的低壓氣體壓力的減壓閥。采用活塞式減壓結(jié)構(gòu),輸出壓力穩(wěn)定,主要用于石油化工、化纖、照明電器、熱處理、冶金、玻璃、食品、醫(yī)藥、電子、國(guó)防航天、航空等主導(dǎo)領(lǐng)域的氮?dú)怃撈浚鯕怃撈?,氦氣鋼瓶,氫氣鋼瓶,氬氣鋼瓶,乙炔鋼瓶的出口減壓。
各種氣體一般都是貯存在專用的高壓氣體鋼瓶中,使用時(shí)通過減壓閥使氣體壓力降至實(shí)驗(yàn)所需范圍,再經(jīng)過其它控制閥門細(xì)調(diào),使氣體輸入使用系統(tǒng)。由于氣瓶?jī)?nèi)壓力較高,而氣焊和氣割和使用點(diǎn)所需的壓力卻較小,所以需要用減壓器來把儲(chǔ)存在氣瓶?jī)?nèi)的較高壓力的氣體降為低壓氣體,并應(yīng)保證所需的工作壓力自始至終保持穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。進(jìn)口氣瓶減壓閥是將高壓氣體降為低壓氣體、并保持輸出氣體的壓力和流量穩(wěn)定不變的調(diào)節(jié)裝置。

三、進(jìn)口氣瓶減壓閥安裝說明
1、用下扳將減壓器進(jìn)出氣接頭螺紋與氣瓶閥螺紋或高低壓側(cè)管路可靠的連接,一防止氣體泄漏。請(qǐng)勿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)減壓器本體,應(yīng)夾持本體,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)螺母擰緊。
2、在安裝過程中,應(yīng)確保減壓器進(jìn)、出氣接頭與減壓器連接處不會(huì)發(fā)生松動(dòng),否則將會(huì)導(dǎo)致氣體泄漏,造成安全重大隱患。
3、*清除氣瓶和管路系統(tǒng)與減壓器連接位置處的油污、水及灰塵,一旦雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入氣體減壓器內(nèi),將會(huì)導(dǎo)致污染氣體,阻塞氣體通道或產(chǎn)生其他麻煩。
4、如果管路上的螺紋變形,無法與氣體減壓器順利地裝上時(shí),就不要強(qiáng)行連接,否則會(huì)導(dǎo)致管路系統(tǒng)及氣體減壓器上的螺紋損壞,從而引起嚴(yán)重事故。

四、進(jìn)口氣瓶減壓閥操作說明
1、在氣體進(jìn)入減壓器之前,須確認(rèn)已對(duì)管路系統(tǒng)(含減壓器)按要求進(jìn)行吹掃或進(jìn)行抽真空處理。
2、在氣體進(jìn)入減壓器之前,須確認(rèn)減壓器調(diào)壓把手處于*旋松狀態(tài)(逆時(shí)針旋松調(diào)壓把手),否則供氣初期的瞬時(shí)壓力有可能損壞膜片,從而導(dǎo)致減壓器失效,嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)危及人身安全。
3、緩慢打開減壓器入口側(cè)的供氣閥門,用肥皂水火專用檢測(cè)儀對(duì)減壓器各連接處進(jìn)行檢漏。
 ▲ 注意:打開供氣閥門時(shí),人體不得正對(duì)或背對(duì)減壓器。
4、順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)減壓器調(diào)壓把手,將壓力(或流量)調(diào)到所需要的刻度指示位置,并用肥皂水或?qū)S脵z測(cè)儀對(duì)減壓器各連接處進(jìn)行檢漏。
▲ 注意:在減壓器供氣過程中,如果發(fā)現(xiàn)有任何異常的機(jī)械振動(dòng)、噪音、卡住或壓力異常升高的現(xiàn)象,表明減壓器已存在故障,應(yīng)立即停止使用。

The Cylinder pressure reducing valve is a pressure reducing valve that reduces the high pressure gas in the gas cylinder to the low pressure gas pressure required for the experimental and working conditions. It adopts piston type decompression structure and stable output pressure. It is mainly used in nitrogen steel cylinders, oxygen cylinders, helium gas in the leading fields of petrochemical, chemical fiber, lighting, heat treatment, metallurgy, glass, food, medicine, electronics, defense aerospace, aviation, etc. Cylinder, hydrogen cylinder, argon cylinder, acetylene cylinder outlet decompression.
All kinds of gases are generally stored in special high-pressure gas cylinders. Third, the import cylinder pressure reducing valve installation instructions
1. Use the lower wrench to connect the pressure reducer into the gas outlet thread and the gas cylinder valve thread or the high and low pressure side pipeline to prevent gas leakage. Do not turn the pressure reducer body. Hold the body and turn the nut to tighten.
2. During the installation process, it should be ensured that the connection between the inlet and outlet of the pressure reducer and the pressure reducer will not loosen, otherwise it will cause gas leakage and cause serious safety hazards.
3. Thoroughly remove the oil, water and dust from the connection between the cylinder and the piping system and the pressure reducer. Once the impurities enter the gas pressure reducer, it will cause polluting gas, block the gas passage or cause other troubles.

Fourth, the import cylinder pressure reducing valve operation instructions
1. Before the gas enters the pressure reducer, it must be confirmed that the piping system (including the pressure reducer) has been purged or vacuumed as required.
2. Before the gas enters the pressure reducer, make sure that the pressure regulator handle is fully loosened (turn the pressure knob counterclockwise), otherwise the instantaneous pressure at the initial stage of air supply may damage the diaphragm, resulting in decompression.
