PPCM（防爆型）氣箱脈沖除塵器詳細(xì)介紹
PPCM（FGM）系列袋收塵器主要適用于建材、冶金、電力等行業(yè)煤粉制備系統(tǒng)的收塵，在上述系統(tǒng)中，PPCM（FGM）袋收塵器兼有產(chǎn)品收集與除塵的雙重作用，無需預(yù)收塵設(shè)備。
PPCM（FGM）收塵器正常工作溫度≤120℃，操作中建議將收塵器的入口溫度控制110℃以下。
PPCM（FGM）Series bag filter is mainly applied to dust collection in pulverized coal preparation system in industries ad building material, metallurgy, electrical power, etc. It performs well in both collecting material and removing dust, equipment for pre-collecting dust is not necessary.
Normal operation temperature of PPCM（FGMM） series bag filter is≤120℃.it is suggested to control temperature at inlet to be lower than 110℃.

可實(shí)現(xiàn)無崗位工操作
● 當(dāng)收塵器入口濃度≤1000/Nm³時(shí)，出口排放≤30mg/Nm ³
● 濾袋使用壽命二年以上
● 收塵器相對(duì)主機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)率99.9%
● Able to deal with pulverized coal in concentration≤1000g/Nm³.
● Pressure the shell can bear reaches 14000pa.
● All-around flame-resistant arrangement to prevent pulverized coal in high concentration from spontaneous combustion.
● Remove dust in pulse operation to ensure high efficiency.
● The whole equipment is automatically controlled by computer, sparameters can be easily adjusted. Under automation mode, no person needed for operation.
● When concentration at inlet is≤1000g/nm³.concentration at outlet is ≤30mg/Nm³.
● Service life of filter bag exceeds 2 years.
● The operation rate of dust collector to equipment is 99.9%.
