靠高壓電暈放電使得粉塵荷電,荷電后的粉塵在電場(chǎng)力的作用下到達(dá)集塵板,但是在對(duì)集塵板上捕集到的粉塵清灰方式上有較大的區(qū)別,它采用沖刷液沖洗電極,在極板上形成連續(xù)的液膜,使粉塵隨著沖刷液的流動(dòng)而清除。煙氣中的灰塵顆粒通過(guò)高壓電磁場(chǎng)時(shí)與電 極間的正負(fù)離子與電子碰撞而產(chǎn)生的荷電,帶上電子和離子的塵粒在電場(chǎng)力的作用下向異性電極運(yùn)動(dòng)并積附在異性電極上,通過(guò)振打等方式使電極上的灰塵落入收集 灰斗中,使它通過(guò)電除塵器的煙氣得到凈化,從而達(dá)到除塵效果。

除塵器工作機(jī)理如下:
