氙燈老化試驗(yàn)機(jī)
一、介紹:氙燈老化試驗(yàn)機(jī)又稱為氙燈老化試驗(yàn)箱,氙燈老化機(jī)等,氙燈老化試驗(yàn)機(jī)的工作流程原理是通過模擬光照、溫度、濕度等綜合作用于試驗(yàn)材料。光照強(qiáng)度、溫度、濕度都采用P.I.D+S.S.R來控制。許多的物品在長期的光照條件下都會產(chǎn)生降解的情況,例如熒光燈、鹵素?zé)粢约捌渌l(fā)光燈源,等會對物品出現(xiàn)光降解的情況。
氙燈老化試驗(yàn)機(jī)所采用的光照主要是陽光中的破壞性光波,例如UV、可見光和紅外光等等。在箱體內(nèi)照射強(qiáng)度相當(dāng)于夏季強(qiáng)光照下的環(huán)境。
二、用途:氙燈老化試驗(yàn)機(jī)用于模擬陽光照射、雨露冷凝等天氣狀況,來測試材料在光照和潮濕環(huán)境下的耐久性能。氙燈老化試驗(yàn)機(jī)提供了一個(gè)模擬加速試驗(yàn)材料老化的光照潮濕環(huán)境,能夠控制光的照射強(qiáng)度來達(dá)到加速試驗(yàn)測試效果,光的照射強(qiáng)度和不同的波長會影響到材料的性能穩(wěn)定性。
三、如何選擇:氙燈老化試驗(yàn)機(jī)分為水冷型和風(fēng)冷型兩種,風(fēng)冷型好還是水冷型的氙燈老化試驗(yàn)機(jī)好呢?具體要看客戶的使用要求以及試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來定,比如說汽車外飾件SAE J2527的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就要求使用水冷型的,要求雙噴淋,氙燈光譜為340nm,輻照強(qiáng)度要求0.55W/m2。
風(fēng)冷氙燈老化機(jī)的燈管為水平安裝,而水冷型為垂直安裝;風(fēng)冷型測試產(chǎn)品為水平擺放,而水冷型測試產(chǎn)品為垂直擺放,切割擺放在樣板上,風(fēng)冷型氙燈老化機(jī)相對于水冷型更為經(jīng)濟(jì),結(jié)構(gòu)也相對簡單,使用時(shí)只需要保證用去蒸餾水即可,而水冷型則需要用到冷水機(jī)和純水機(jī),安裝使用方面相對復(fù)雜些。
