工藝流程專為飲品飲料工程而設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)采用多介質(zhì)過濾器、活性炭過濾器、鈉離子交換器及保安過濾器作為前級(jí)處理,有效除去原水中的懸浮物、泥砂、微粒、有機(jī)硅膠體、有機(jī)物、異味、余氯等雜質(zhì),使經(jīng)過處理后的原水符合反滲透的進(jìn)水要求然后進(jìn)入程控二級(jí)反滲透裝置去除水中的溶解性鹽類物質(zhì)、細(xì)菌熱源等,其產(chǎn)水電導(dǎo)率≤10us/cm。

The process flow is specially designed for beverage engineering. The system adopts multi-media filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger and security filter as the pre-treatment, which can effectively remove the impurities such as suspended solids, silt, particles, organosilicon colloid, organics, peculiar smell and residual chlorine in the raw water, so that the treated raw water can meet the requirements of reverse osmosis and then enter the program-controlled secondary reverse. The permeate device can remove the soluble salts and bacterial heat source in the water, and its water conductivity is less than or equal to 10us / cm.
