1、 供水:未處理的水通過樹脂層,發(fā)生交換反應,產(chǎn)生軟水。
2、 反洗:水從樹脂層下部進入,松動樹脂,去除細碎雜物。
3、 進鹽水再生:利用較高濃度的鹽水(Nacl)流過樹脂,將失效樹脂重新還原為鈉型可用樹脂。
4、 沖洗:按照供水時的流程使水通過樹脂沖洗掉多余的鹽液和再生交換下來的鈣、鎂離子。
5、 注水:向鹽箱內(nèi)注水,溶解食鹽,以備下次再生所用。
鈣的去除:
CaCO3+2Na-R=Ca-R+Na2CO3
Ca(HCO3)2+2Na-R=Ca-R+2NaHCO3
鎂的去除:
MgCO3+2Na-R=Mg-R+Na2CO3
Mg(HCO3)2+2Na-R=Mg-R+2NaHCO3
Working procedure
1. Water supply: the untreated water passes through the resin layer to produce exchange reaction and soft water.
2. Backwashing: water enters from the lower part of the resin layer to loosen the resin and remove the fine debris.
3. Feed brine regeneration: use high concentration of brine (NaCl) to flow through the resin, and restore the failed resin to sodium type available resin.
4. Flushing: according to the process of water supply, make the water wash away the excess salt liquid and the regenerated calcium and magnesium ions through the resin.
5. Water injection: inject water into the salt tank to dissolve salt for next regeneration.
