本公司生產的FFU系列風機過濾器單元是采用國內新技術，適用于在100000-1000級環(huán)境中獲得100級的潔凈環(huán)境，它為不同尺寸大小、不同潔凈度等級的潔凈室、微環(huán)境提供高質量的潔凈空氣。廣泛應用于潔凈室、潔凈工作臺、潔凈生產線、組裝式潔凈室和層流罩等應用場合。高科技、人性化的計算機軟件系統(tǒng)，可以通過一臺單獨的計算機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，對多達7905臺的FFU進行監(jiān)控，同時也可以根據顧客要求來設計額外的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。特別適合于組裝成超凈生產線，可根據工藝需要布置為單臺使用，也可將多臺串聯(lián)形成100級流水裝配線
