HighFinesse 光學(xué)頻譜儀LSA和HDSA旨在分析多行或?qū)拵ьl譜(未知)已知光源,如連續(xù)波和脈沖激光,氣體放電燈,超級輻射發(fā)光二極管,半導(dǎo)體激光二極管和發(fā)光二極管。他們是適合電信信號的頻譜分析,解決法布里-珀羅模式增益的芯片,并產(chǎn)生一種氣體吸收光譜測量。

2. High Definition Spectrum Analyzer(高清晰度)
HDSA旨在分析發(fā)射光譜的復(fù)雜性,在處理整個(gè)光譜范圍。HighFinesse產(chǎn)品的基本原則“不移動(dòng)光學(xué)”適用于HDSA,所以連續(xù)波和脈沖光源可以被測量。
