熱風干燥鼓風機應(yīng)用：

熱風干燥鼓風機特點：

1、具有吹吸雙功能，一機兩用，可以用吸風，也可以用吹風；

2、少油或無油運轉(zhuǎn)，輸出的空氣是干凈的；

3、用來給特定場所進行除濕，保持場所環(huán)境的干燥，間接保護場所內(nèi)的設(shè)備、存儲的貨物，結(jié)構(gòu)上一般也是由葉輪、機殼、聯(lián)軸器、軸等部件組成。

- 啟動前檢查

  A、電壓是否在正常范圍內(nèi),三相電流是否基本平衡。
  B、風機葉輪與機殼間的間隙是否符合設(shè)計要求，手動盤轉(zhuǎn)葉輪是否有卡住和摩擦現(xiàn)象。
  C、風機機殼內(nèi)或管道內(nèi)有無雜物。
  D、葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否與風機的旋向標志相符。
  E、電機實際轉(zhuǎn)速與風機轉(zhuǎn)速是否相符。
  F、電機的接地保護線和電流保護器（保險絲）是否按要求安裝。

安裝要求

A.安裝場合周圍溫度與濕度，應(yīng)合適以下前提：單相-5~40℃  三相-10~40℃選擇通風精采，塵埃及濕氣少的場合。安裝于室外，請應(yīng)用雨罩。

B.安裝方法如說明書中可依角度安裝，用螺絲確實固定于程度而且具剛硬的根本或基座上。

C.安裝時應(yīng)留心基座是否凹凸不服，假如是，當螺絲扭緊時，高壓風機機臺可能產(chǎn)生變形！可加裝避震器降低噪音。吸上不毗連通風道時，為防止危險物或異物吸進，請加裝鐵絲剛或過濾器。

Installation requirements

B. The installation method as described in the manual can be installed according to the angle, and fixed on the rigid foundation or base with screws.

C. When installing, pay attention to whether the base is concave and convex. If so, when the screw is tightened, the high-pressure fan may deform! Shock absorber can be added to reduce noise. When the suction inlet is not adjacent to the connected air duct, in order to prevent dangerous or foreign matters from being sucked in, please install iron wire or filter.
