產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
對(duì)夾中線蝶閥主要由閥體、轉(zhuǎn)軸、閥板、閥座及驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)（手柄、蝸輪蝸桿、氣動(dòng)裝置或電動(dòng)裝置）等組成，靠驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)軸及閥板旋轉(zhuǎn)以實(shí)現(xiàn)啟閉和控制流量的目的。對(duì)夾式蝶閥特點(diǎn)如下：
結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、小巧輕便，運(yùn)輸、安裝、拆卸容易;90°啟閉，開關(guān)迅速。操作扭矩小，省力輕巧;密封性能好，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，可達(dá)到零泄漏;選擇不同的零部件材質(zhì)，可適用于多種介質(zhì);流量特性近似于直線，調(diào)節(jié)性能好。
Abutterfly valveconsists of body ,stem ,disc , actuator （manual actuator, worm-gear actuator , aerodynamic actuator or electric actuator） , and wafer type butterfly valve can implement the process for turning on turning off and regulating the flow by the circumrotation of stem and disc that is droved by actuators.

注： 1、DN50~DN800蝶閥分別適用于PN1.0/PN1.6MPa兩種壓力級(jí)，表中每規(guī)格中有兩個(gè)尺寸的分別表示PN1.0MPa和PN1.6MPa兩種壓力級(jí)連接尺寸。蝶閥上法蘭可通用于手動(dòng)、蝸輪蝸桿傳動(dòng)、電動(dòng)、氣動(dòng)等。表中D1及n-Ø尺寸為蝶閥安裝定位尺寸，包容國(guó)標(biāo)（GB）、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（ISO）、德標(biāo)（DIN）、英標(biāo)（BS）等法蘭連接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2、D1及n-Ø尺寸可按國(guó)標(biāo)（GB）、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（ISO）、美標(biāo)（ANSI）、德標(biāo)（DIN）、英標(biāo)（BS）、日標(biāo)（JIS）加工生產(chǎn)。E及n1-Ø1尺寸可按GB/T 12223及ISO 5211標(biāo)準(zhǔn)加工生產(chǎn)。
Note: 1、DN50~DN800 Butterfly valves are suitable for the pressure of PN1.0 and PN1.6MPa grade separay. Two dimensions in one size show the connection dimensions of PN1.0/PN1.6MPa pressure grade. The upper flanges of the valves are suitable all types of valves fitted with electric, worm gear, manual, pneumatic and actuators. The dimensions D1 and n-Ø are listed in above table show the installation dimensions of butterfly valve. It contains China Standard （GB）, International Standard （ISO）, Germany Standard （DIN）, and England Standard （BS） of flange connection standard, etc.
2、The dimensions of D1 and n-Ø ones are manufactured according to China Standard （GB）, International Standard （ISO）, American Standard （ANSI）, Germany Standard （DIN）, England Standard （BS）, and Japan Standard （JIS）. The dimensions of E and n1-Ø1 ones are manufactured according to GB/T 12223 and ISO 5211 Standard
