   環(huán)氧砂漿地坪

　　環(huán)氧砂漿地坪廣泛適用于機(jī)械、食品、電子、、化工、醫(yī)藥、煙草、紡織、家具、輕工、塑料、文體用品等,制造工廠車間和倉庫的水泥地面或水磨石地面。

　　基面要求

　　1、水泥基面牢固、結(jié)實(shí)、不起殼，應(yīng)杜絕砂漿起殼現(xiàn)象，混凝土層與砂漿找平層一起澆筑。若先澆筑混凝土層，則要求砂漿層的厚度不低于40mm，對(duì)叉車道的要求則更厚。有關(guān)坡度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，允許偏差值為坡度的2%，并且不大于30mm。

　　2、要求表面不起砂，硬度高，沒有水泥粉化現(xiàn)象。新澆筑的水泥砂漿層要充分保養(yǎng)。水泥基面平坦，無凹凸不平、蜂窩麻面、水泥疙瘩，其他涂料、乳膠漆、泡泡糖等殘?jiān)?/p>

　　影響因素

　　影響環(huán)氧砂漿地坪固化時(shí)間的因素:環(huán)氧砂漿地坪的種類:在相同的固化條件下，環(huán)氧砂漿地坪漆涂料的類型不同，固化速度有很大的差別。揮發(fā)性油漆固化快，油性漆固化慢。固化的溫度和濕度:當(dāng)溫度過低時(shí)，溶劑揮發(fā)和反應(yīng)時(shí)間慢，漆膜就難以固化;提高溫度，能加速溶劑揮發(fā)和水分蒸發(fā)，加速涂層氧化反應(yīng)和熱化學(xué)反應(yīng)，涂層固化速度加快。但不能無限度地提高溫度，因?yàn)闇囟扰c固化速度不是成正比的關(guān)系。固化溫度過高時(shí)，固化速度沒有明顯地提高，反而會(huì)使漆膜發(fā)黃或色澤變暗?？諝庵械臐穸仍?5%-60%比較適合涂料的固化。濕度過大，涂層中的水分蒸發(fā)速度降低，溶劑揮發(fā)速度變慢，因而會(huì)減慢涂層的固化速度。環(huán)氧砂漿地坪漆涂層的厚度:

　　基面處理

　　1，為使地坪涂料的施工達(dá)到良好效果，對(duì)于尚未找平的地面，施工前應(yīng)首先施工水泥找平以進(jìn)行找平處理。土建方找平時(shí)，在水泥初凝時(shí)，用專業(yè)地面機(jī)械對(duì)地面進(jìn)行磨平處理。經(jīng)過基層處理再涂裝的環(huán)氧涂地坪的表面會(huì)更平整、光亮，使用壽命也會(huì)提高。

　　2，待水泥層干燥后(大約28D)，用打磨機(jī)對(duì)地面進(jìn)行整體打磨處理，使其表面平整，水泥毛細(xì)孔全部敞開。

　　3，對(duì)于有油污(食用油、機(jī)油)的基層，先用表面處理機(jī)噴灑于用水沖濕的地表面，反復(fù)擦洗，直到無油污為止。

　　4，對(duì)于堿性太大(PH>8)的基層，先用*或者稀醋酸積極性中和處理，然后用清水沖洗。

　　5，對(duì)于潮濕的地面，通過吸水、擦干，太陽、燈照，熱風(fēng)機(jī)吹烘，使其含水率達(dá)到施工要求。

　　日常保養(yǎng)

　　養(yǎng)護(hù)

　　1、地坪施工完畢后需養(yǎng)護(hù)7-10天后方可投入使用，在養(yǎng)護(hù)期間，應(yīng)避免水或其它溶液浸潤表面

　　2、凡進(jìn)入車間員工必須要換成膠底鞋(不可以穿泡沫底的黑底鞋)(以免將外面的泥沙帶入車間而劃傷地面)

　　3、凡是硬件:如鐵椅、鐵桌、鐵貨架等，須將其腳用軟質(zhì)塑料、橡膠包裹或用紙皮墊起來以免在使用過程中劃傷地面

　　4、拖拉機(jī)扳需充分將機(jī)板升離地面，轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí)請(qǐng)?zhí)貏e注意機(jī)板角切勿刮傷地面

　　5、清潔地面時(shí)請(qǐng)用軟質(zhì)吸水性好的拖把或干濕兩用吸塵器，可用清水或清潔劑清洗，但請(qǐng)注意地面濕滑

　　6、若因使用時(shí)間較長而造成磨損或刮花、小面積可進(jìn)行局部修補(bǔ)，若面積較大則建議重新滾涂一次

　　7、設(shè)備進(jìn)廠前，在地坪上鋪上硬紙箱墊底，以免在運(yùn)輸設(shè)備過程中刮傷地面

　　8、推車，板車之車輪請(qǐng)用硬質(zhì)或彈性膠輪，并廠房內(nèi)外分開使用

　　預(yù)防

　　1、環(huán)氧地坪在施工前應(yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆颉?/p>

　　復(fù)色漆中幾種顏料的密度不同，在儲(chǔ)存中重質(zhì)顏料逐漸下沉，輕質(zhì)顏料逐漸上浮，使用時(shí)如不充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆?，施工后?huì)和原色不符。

　　2、金屬顏料應(yīng)與清漆分裝。

　　金屬粉末顏料在儲(chǔ)存中，受漆中殘存游離酸的腐蝕，將會(huì)發(fā)烏變綠。

　　3、酸值高的涂料不宜用鐵桶包裝。

　　酸值較高的清漆容易與鐵質(zhì)包裝桶發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)冒失清漆透明度降低，顏色變深。

　　4、根據(jù)需要選擇涂料配方中的樹脂和顏料。

　　涂料中個(gè)別顏料的耐光和耐熱性不好，有些樹脂耐候性較差，遇到光易變黃。

　　a、日常清掃可用柔軟掃帚或抹布清潔;

　　b、嚴(yán)重污染時(shí)使用中性清潔劑，用抹布水洗，然后用水清洗，充分干燥，打一層薄蠟;

　　c、地面濺溢有酸、堿等化學(xué)藥品時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)用水清洗，濺溢的是調(diào)味料、油等時(shí)則用抹布擦拭;
