Anti-KAT3B抗體,轉(zhuǎn)錄接頭蛋白EP300抗體產(chǎn)品介紹：This gene encodes an abundant nuclear protein that binds with high affinity to nascent poly(A) tails. The protein is required for progressive and efficient polymerization of poly(A) tails at the 3' ends of eukaryotic transcripts and controls the size of the poly(A) tail to about 250 nt. At steady-state, this protein is localized in the nucleus whereas a different poly(A) binding protein is localized in the cytoplasm. This gene contains a GCG trinucleotide repeat at the 5' end of the coding region, and expansion of this repeat from the normal 6 copies to 8-13 copies leads to autosomal dominant oculopharyngeal muscular dystrophy (OPMD) disease. Related pseudogenes have been identified on chromosomes 19 and X. Read-through transcription also exists between this gene and the neighboring upstream BCL2-like 2 (BCL2L2) gene. 

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.避免反復(fù)凍融，保質(zhì)期一年。

1、抗原包板：15ug/ml 小鼠IgG-pH9.6·CB液 0.1ml/孔；

2、37°C包被60min或4°C過夜；

3、PBST洗板3次，5min/次；

4、加入倍比稀釋的HRP標(biāo)記抗體 0.1ml/孔；

5、37°C 30min；

6、PBST洗板5min/次×3；

7、底物液0.1ml/孔 37°C 5-10min；

8、終止液：2N H2SO4 0.05ml/孔；

9、450nm 測定OD值；

10、陽性O(shè)D值比對照值大3倍，為判斷效價(jià)稀釋度。
