除塵脫硫、脫有害氣體一體化是指把煙氣的除塵和脫硫、脫有害氣體在同一工藝過(guò)程中完成,本技術(shù)是通過(guò)對(duì)袋式除塵工藝的改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)這一過(guò)程的,因此我們稱之為除塵脫硫一體化袋式除塵技術(shù)。以此命名,可以使人們形象地理解為該技術(shù)是在袋式除塵器的基礎(chǔ)上增加了脫硫、脫有害氣體的功能,或理解為采用了具有脫硫、脫有害氣體功能的袋式除塵器。
這種一體化袋式除塵技術(shù)在性能上保留了袋式除塵器的全部技術(shù)特征。鑒于袋式除塵器已廣泛地用于建材、化工、冶金、非金屬礦、糧食等行業(yè);對(duì)其收塵方面的技術(shù)原理不再詳細(xì)介紹,只重點(diǎn)介紹相關(guān)的脫硫、脫有害氣體技術(shù)。
除塵脫硫、脫有害氣體一體化
垃圾焚燒爐尾氣中的有害物質(zhì)和燃煤鍋爐煤中的硫燃燒后主要是以二氧化硫的形態(tài)存在,這種呈氣態(tài)的二氧化硫和有害氣體是無(wú)法用任何其它種類除塵器收集和捕捉的。本技術(shù)是通過(guò)向含有粉塵、二氧化硫和有害氣體的煙氣中噴射熟石灰干粉和反應(yīng)助劑來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)脫硫、脫有害氣體的。二氧化硫、及有害氣體和熟石灰在反應(yīng)助劑的輔助下充分發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),形成固態(tài)硫酸鈣(CaSO4)和其它附著物,附著在粉塵上或凝聚成細(xì)微顆粒,隨粉塵一起被袋式除塵器收集下來(lái)。
熟石灰干粉和助劑的投放量,根據(jù)煙氣中二氧化硫和有害氣體的含量多少而定,過(guò)程中設(shè)有多組分氣體自動(dòng)測(cè)定裝置,以確保干粉和反應(yīng)助劑用量的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。熟石灰干粉和反應(yīng)助劑分別存放在各自的儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi),投放量由自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)裝置控制。

技術(shù)創(chuàng)新:本項(xiàng)目采用干法工藝技術(shù),通過(guò)向袋式除塵系統(tǒng)噴射添加特殊助劑活性石灰,除去垃圾焚燒尾氣和燃煤鍋爐尾氣中的二氧化硫(SO2)及其它有毒、有害成分。該工藝技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了袋式除塵器兼固一氣分離和氣一氣分離的功能。為國(guó)內(nèi)處理垃圾焚燒爐尾氣和燃煤鍋爐尾氣提供具有先進(jìn)水平的處置設(shè)備。
結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新:設(shè)計(jì)理念是在不改變袋式除塵器基本原理和除塵效率的前提下,通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新,設(shè)計(jì)出的袋式除 塵器,將干法脫硫過(guò)程融入其中,實(shí)現(xiàn)除塵脫硫一體化。
工藝技術(shù)創(chuàng)新:本項(xiàng)目為克服目前采用濕法除塵脫硫工藝可能造成水的二次污染和系統(tǒng)結(jié)垢堵塞的缺陷,而采用干法除塵脫硫及其它有害氣體的工藝技術(shù)。
Characters of the product are mainly: technical innovation,structural innovation, process innovation and so on.
Technical innovation:This project adopts dry processing technology to eliminate noxious ingredients contained in the tail gas of the incinerator and coal boiler through ejecting active lime into the bag filter.This processing technology realized the function of bag dust remover which consider the needs of both solid-gas and gas-gas separation,meanwhile, it also provides the national tail gas treatment of incinerator and coal boiler with international advanced professional disposal equipment.
Structural innovation: The design concept is to product new type bag filter through structural innovation at the basis of notchanging the filter’s original priniple and dust removal efficiency.
Processing technology innovation:The current semi-drying process could cause secondary water pollution and system scale plugging, while the drying method we are adopting now can overcome such defects.
